Having shown you round Dorking recently, I thought you might like a little look round our workshop, sometimes referred to as Pretty Palace!

It's not very pre-possessing from the outside:

 

But, despite appearances, I have very nice neighbours, ranging from a car repair workshop to designers of exhibition stands.

Inside, the workshop is very clean and bright (although not always very tidy -  it never looks like this now!)

I have a computer area, where the designs are prepared for printing and sent to the printer:

 

Then there's the (shiny new!) printer

 

and fixer:

 

Somewhere to cut up the fabric

 

and address envelopes.

 

And, of course, the all-important coffee area!  (The dirty-looking cloths on the sink aren't dish cloths - they're for cleaning up ink!)

I'm hoping to run one or two workshops soon, so you may be able to come and see my space in person!  Either way, I hope you've enjoyed the little tour.
