Fabric Fun Craft Club Summer Crafts for Children
We're having a break from the Fabric Fun Craft Club over the summer, but instead, I'm running some live sessions for children.
Every Friday in August, there'll be a session on our private Facebook page, showing you how to do a fabric-based craft. As with the main version, there will be a video, or videos, on the FB page, then on Teachable. There will also be extras like a downloadable instruction sheet for those who like written instructions in front of them, and lists of resources. However, there won't be a box. Most of the crafts will use scraps, which many of us have at home already.
The sessions will cost £2 each, or you can sign up for all 5 for £8. Once you've signed up, you will have permanent access to the courses, so if something stops your child(ren) doing the craft one week, it will be there for another day.
The programme is:
Fri Aug 2nd yo-yo bunny
Aug 9th fabric jewellery
Aug 16th bunting
Aug 23rd flowers
Aug 30th yo-yo doll
The sessions will be suitable for children from about 8 - they need to be able to hold a needle, but needn't have done any sewing before.
If you'd like to sign up for all the sessions, click here.
If you'd like to sign up just for the first session - Make a yo-yo bunny - click here.
If you'd like to see what the courses look like and try one out, you can sign up below for a free session in making a yo-yo.
