Craft Club - Embroidery in March

During our February club night, we embroidered the design which  Helen Hodgson, aka Polly Dextrous  created for us.  We learnt some simple stitches and enjoyed embellishing Helen's design.  A hoop was included in the box so that you could use that to frame your embroidery, but I think most of February's embroideries are destined to become cushions.  As soon as I've finished mine, I'll post it on Instagram, so you can see what's possible in just a few hours with a few simple stitches.  (Those who were here* on club night almost finished their embroidery during the evening.)
 
We will continue with embroidery at our club night in March.  After a bit of quick revision of February's stitches, we'll learn some more stitches  and  make a couple of small projects, including an embroidered pendant.  If, like me, you like to have something to do whilst you watch television in the evening, small embroidery projects are perfect - not too demanding and quickly finished!
 
If you signed up for a box in February, you will have everything you need to continue in March.
 

If you didn't join us in February, you can sign up to receive a box for March, containing everything you need for the March club night.  It will include access to February's videos and instruction sheets, so you can have a go at our February project if you wish.  However, it won't include materials for February unless you pay the February price of £22.

Club night will be on  Friday, March 6th at 8pm.

If you would like to join in this month, drop me a line by  Friday, February 28th.   (Use admin@printmepretty.co.uk)  The March box will cost £15 and will contain everything you need to make an embroidered pendant and card. The cost includes postage within the UK. If you live outside the UK, you will need to add an extra £4 for P&P.

*When I held the first club night, I asked a couple of friends if they'd come along and do the craft with me, to give me an idea of how fast to go - it's harder to judge when you don't have a group in front of you!  We're all enjoying our crafty evenings.  Our husbands decided it was a good opportunity to go to the pub!  They've even set up a WhatsApp group called PmP Men's Club!!  Crafting is more fun in a group, so get a friend or two to join you.  (But if you haven't got a real life group to craft with, you can join us in our FB group.)
