Please read the following contract terms & conditions before placing an order as these terms & conditions will be incorporated into the contract between you (‘the customer’) and us (‘Print me Pretty’).

Contract

When you place an order with Print me Pretty we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and confirming the details of your order.  Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation to you that we have accepted your order.

Cancellation

Once you have received a confirmation email, it is not possible to cancel an order, as it will already be going through our automated system.  In the unlikely event that you receive a flawed or damaged order, please let us know immediately, so that we can reprint your order.  However, as fabric is printed specially for each order, it is not possible to accept returns if you change your mind.  We suggest that you buy a swatch before placing a larger order, to check that the colours and design are as you want them.  We do not check or modify your design in any way.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the design details are correct.

Return of faulty goods

We check your order thoroughly before dispatch.  However, in the unlikely event that a fault slips through, please contact us as soon as possible, and within 5 working days of receipt.   Failure to do so will result in the order being accepted as correct.  Items are to be returned to us at client's expense using a trackable method, within 5 working days of the notification.  Please note we do not accept any responsibility for loss in transit of any goods. Items must be returned in the condition they were supplied.  Items must not be cut or altered in anyway, otherwise the order will be considered as being accepted and refund or replacement will not be considered.  Once items have been assessed, return delivery charge will be refunded to a maximum of £10.00 per delivery.

Please remember that  we print the design you provide;  we do not modify it in anyway. We always recommend that you obtain a sample print prior to any order to ensure your satisfaction and expectations.  We shall without question replace items that are shown to have defects or faults as a direct result of our manufacturing process. We will not accept returns for natural fabric prints that exhibit natural deviations.

Print me Pretty will not accept any liability for defects or faults occurring as a result of processing or after treatment by an external source, and will not accept any claims for any loss or issue arising thereafter.

Pricing

Prices exclude P&P, which will be added at the checkout.  Fabric prices include VAT where applicable and commission for the designer, if it is not your design, of £2 per metre or 50p per fat quarter.  There is no designer’s commission on swatches.

Any customs, excise or other levies imposed by authorities in respect of delivery outside the UK (or requests for information by authorities) are the responsibility of the customer.

Market place

Designers will receive commission of £2 per metre on any sales of their designs.  Commission will not be paid on swatches.   We plan to automate this system so that commission may be used against future purchases.  For the time being, however, commission will be paid by cheque on the 1^st of each month, once the balance reaches at least £10.  Designers must purchase at least a swatch of their fabric before it can be offered for sale.

Delivery

Title to the goods will pass to the customer when the goods are delivered by Print me Pretty to the carrier with an instruction to deliver the goods to the address given with the order.  We aim to get orders to the carrier within a week of receiving your order.

Liability

Print me Pretty shall not be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

Copyright

Copyright at all times remains with the designer.

By uploading photographs, designs, drawings, text or other content ["Content"] to the Site you agree that:

• you have the right to reproduce and distribute such Content
• the Content does not violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party;
• that the Content does not invade any individual's right of privacy or celebrity;
• the Content is not unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, inflammatory, libelous, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

We retain the right to remove any Content and or user account that violate our policies or is otherwise objectionable to us and to refuse to fulfil any order for any reason.

By uploading your design, you agree that Print me Pretty may use it in any way  on our web site, social media platforms or any other advertising media.  You also agree that any fabric printed which does not meet our high standards will be donated to a charity of our choosing to avoid being put into landfill.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us at Print me Pretty.  We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.  We only hold data which is necessary to offer services provided on our website namely to allow users to buy and sell designs if applicable. We also keep user data to allow us to contact you on an occasional basis.

We only hold personal data for as long as necessary. Once data is no longer needed it is deleted from our files. If you delete your account then all your personal data will be deleted.

We will never sell, rent or exchange mailing lists or other personal information

In accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, we never send bulk unsolicited emails, (popularly known as Spam) to email addresses. However we may send emails sharing news and information to existing customers or prospective customers who have enquired or registered with us, regarding products or services directly provided by us. All emails sent by us will be clearly marked as originating from us

When making a purchase from this site you will supply us with information, some of which is Personal Data and is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. Information collected and stored by Print me Pretty will only be used to fulfil your order and occasionally send you marketing material about Print me Pretty. 

Legal

Use of this site and any contract entered into with Print me Pretty by means of placing an order will be subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the Courts of England. These conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the customer.
